how healthy is vegan cheese sauce, I may be biased (my opinion on cheese sauce is somewhat biased), but I'll stick with vegan cheese sauce for my meals, and that can be better than mine…

5. I used my homemade cheese sauce (from Parma Chicken, Almond Milk, and Pomegranate Sauce) for every portion of the veg pasta. I also included vegan dairy cheese sauce (and I used a non-vegan version of vegan dairy butter in the last meal because it was too sour). I added 3 cups of water (in case you forgot) and I am amazed at how well each slice made the whole dinner. I also use a 2-3/8″ baking dish to make the cheese.

Overall: the sauce tastes really good and really flavorful. The sauce also reminds me of cheese, something I was obsessed with, because of the wonderful flavors they have in the cheese.
