Let me clarify. This is by no means an anti-bacterial recipe. You may know that cinnamon is a potent antioxidant. I use both as a flavoring ingredient in my vegan food because the more potent the other ingredients, the more effective the antioxidant. As a simple spice substitute, I added a pinch of cinnamon (from a store-bought cinnamon powder), just to help my skin absorb those pungent and high, acidifying elements I get from spices like cinnamon and cloves. If you're interested in using cinnamon spices in food, I'm always very happy to help. I personally believe cinnamon is good for you as much as all others (or is it just me?). Cinnamon naturally comes from roots and is a rich source of protein. If you've ever been to a dairy-free restaurant, then you know that dairy-free restaurants in the US have one of the high rates of lactose intolerance (lactose intolerance is the most common digestive disease that can cause serious illness. The more lactose you have, the less lactose you need to have to digest. A lactose intolerance or intestinal upset can kill off your health.) If you're
