Here I use 2 tablespoons of water with a tiny bit of salt of choice. If you are vegan, you can easily substitute other ingredients like milk, but if you want to mix it up for flavor, I recommend using 1 can of coconut milk instead.

Now on to the rest of my recipe. This is a super easy and low carb veggie recipe. If you aren't so inclined, read on for how a healthy, low carb one is made. This one adds a dash of fennel seeds as well as coconut butter and can be refrigerated for up to 10 hours before serving and the result is a great summer protein source.
