healthy vegan banana bread for your family is absolutely healthy.
You cannot go wrong with this stuff.
The whole thing is easy to make and doesn't taste bad and is the perfect place to start. My only complaint: I would only buy the first 4 grams and use about 10 grams. If you are a regular guy like me who would use a little more than 1 or 2 grams, try this recipe.
A handful of shredded coconut and 2 teaspoons of white chocolate chip, baked together.
You can adjust the flavors on the bread, but I wouldn't worry about them too much.
There's no need to strain as much as I would with a regular bread so long as that doesn't end up sounding too complicated as my family cooks it. 😉
This recipe makes about 6 servings total. Feel free to add more if you try it or just substitute regular bread if you'd like more filling.
