I think the main thing to like on a gluten free diet is a good diet plan, not taking carbs by surprise, eating a number of protein shakes after work, eating plenty of fruits and vegetables for a living and a healthy lifestyle. If you feel like you can avoid being stressed that often then make sure you get yourself a nutritious snack like some protein shake or protein shake with veggies and protein bars. Or you can put some veggies right on your plate and then eat them.


Chocolate and ice tea are fantastic for this project. I have never had good chocolate in my life and I will definitely never be able to do that again but it does make for a decent breakfast. Just do it!
