Some of these low-carbohydrate snacks such as chocolate, chai, and chocolate chips will make you feel very little, and they can be purchased through supermarkets, as will many other "low-fat" snack items such as chips, cakes, and other pre-filled foods. But many other low-carbohydrate snacks like ice cream, peanut butter, and cookies are not sold as well as they should, and may contribute to the perception that they are too high in cholesterol.
