This is a very easy homemade vegan and gluten-free version of the recipe I put together for the Christmas season. I love them all and I love you for your support. It tastes completely different than my original "vegetarian" recipe from this "new year's cookbook" post or this recipe with the whole "preflectments and recipes for food preparation" list I added.
The recipe I've posted so far also includes all the recipes, which you can check out from here if you haven't already. I have made this recipe for three versions so far and have made it a bit different a few months ago, so I can't promise it'll be as easy or as light as this recipe.
